It's Mumbai. Here the value of residences grow very fast.

In Mumbai people don’t believe in keeping clothes anywhere or keeping anything else in their houses to store things … I mean I have never seen the concept of Almirahs or at least the space for it 😂 just live out of the suitcase and fix everything else. lol

Boss it is not worth at this price & at this location Oshiwara. Behind the project there is nala & it stincs vry much. Instead I wud buy at juhu in prime location. I can better & more luxurious option at this price. Your margin is too high... Thnx
