That box doesnt even look like it has any method of closing properly, plus, even if it did have those slots for closing, i doubt that would be enough to keep it closed. i doubt a guy selling fried chicken would do as much as to use psychology to try and push their profits by like 0.01%

    Looks delicious. It reminds me of the spicy pork pulgogi and the sweet beef bulgogi. Spelling could be wrong but the dishes are incredible. I worked for a time with 2 different Korean families in their buffet restaurants. Fine people, beautiful culture, fabulous food, and great friendships.

    @@SkulsterDulster technically if one of the chickens has salmonella they would be washing the salmonella all over the sink and onto other chickens that they have in the pile, though they are using marinated chicken and I think they are washing the excess marinating liquids... it could also be that the marinade is acidic and could be used intentionally to slightly cook the meat killing any salmonella etc .. 🤔

    i have eaten / played with cooking this style of fried chicken. you don't really need too much on the brine and the frying mix, as everything is sauced up at the end anyways. just fry your chicken well (i.e. don't overcook the middle) and slather on some of the sauce, it'll work out well

    I live in rural Arizona and have embraced my inner Asian. Bought a Wok and have started making lo mien dishes and Korean chicken just like this i serve with rice love it. Took a bit to get all the Asian ingredients but have them now in the cabinet good stuff!

    South Korea had the BEST chicken restaurants. Every weekend I had off when I was stationed there with the Army had me going into Seoul and trying a new one each time.

    they have authentic korean fried chicken here in the philippines it is by far the best chicken ive ever had. especially the ones seasoned with cheddar, most of them come boneless as well.

    Men, literalmente pusieron el pollo encima de papel periódico para escurrir el aceite, la tinta para ese papel es muy tóxica, con razon estos asiaticos descubren nuevos virus 🤣🤣🤣

    I’m all for washing my meat prior to seasoning but in this video, they washed the marinade off and seasoned it again 🤔 can someone from that culture provide some context? The chicken sure looks crunchy 🤤

    I’m not Korean, but pretty sure that the chicken was brined or in that marinade long enough that the seasoning soaked right down to the bone. What was washed off didn’t reduce the flavor at all.
