I love baking and thought, "cool! I'll watch & try making this!" I saw the quality of ingredients and the steps and thought I'd better pay my mortgage this month instead😂 I so enjoyed watching this, though! I was in a trance thru most of it!❤ such craftsmanship and it is truly a thing of beauty!

광안리에 있는 디저트카페인데 유튜브에 있다니!! 부산에도 트롱프뢰이 전문으로 하는 가게가 생긴게 신기해서 몇번 갔는데 망고 피스톨레는 진짜 예술이에요~~ 케익도 맛있는데 여기 트러플이 진짜.. 맛있어요!ㅋㅋㅋ 무스케익도 정말 맛있는데 아쉬운게 살짝 물려요ㅠㅠ 크기가 커서 그런거보다는 재료랑 공정 보니 초코 크레뫼 같은데 이게 보통 안에 레어로 들어가면 정말 맛있는데 메인 무스로 먹으니까 많이 물리는거 같아요ㅠㅠ 다른 무스에 비해 당도가 높아요ㅠ 초코 크레뫼 정말 달고 부드럽고 맛있는데ㅠ 시트가 들어가면 훨씬 먹기 좋을거 같았어요! 저도 플레이팅할때 포인트 크림으로는 많이 만들었었는데ㅎ 딸기가 최근에는 없어졌던데 이게 제일 맛있었어요>< 오렌지랑 같은 무스라 오렌지도 맛있을거 같아요 복숭아도 진짜 복숭아같이 표현하신건지 그 솜털? 느낌이 살아있어요 선물하면 받으시는 분들 다 우와 하는 디저트가게에요
