    @@CommanderStarblaster British citizens are still able to get permanent residency in Spain. There are more requirements to meet, but it's still very much doable. We also get buyers from all over Europe and even beyond!

    Beautiful. Not a fan of gravel or dirt roads. We'd need to pave the driveway. How far from the driveway are paved roads? And is it even still available?

    This property is connected mains electricity and water and has a fast broadband internet connection. Being a rural property, fibre optic is not available and it is not connected to mains sewerage but has a septic tank instead. The other comment refers to the mid-to-low voltage transformer near the property. When we were there you couldn't hear it whatsoever, even when stood next to it.     None! Property prices here simply are a lot more affordable than most. It helps this area is a more rural area with no larger cities nearby, meaning there isn't the same demand and lack of supply of housing as many areas. But as an area to live a more laid-back and cheap lifestyle, it's unbeatable!

    This is not a Villa. 250k for a small house in a rural area. This should be 100k max. Materials used for the interior look really cheap. The pool is nice though.
