Take a look at this truly wonderful, two-storey detached villa with a private swimming pool, garage, carport, immense 3-hectare plot, various terraces and solarium, outdoor kitchen, and some absolutely stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, situated in a tranquil rural location in the area of Velez-Rubio. @@CommanderStarblaster British citizens are still able to get permanent residency in Spain. There are more requirements to meet, but it's still very much doable. We also get buyers from all over Europe and even beyond!

Beautiful. Not a fan of gravel or dirt roads. We'd need to pave the driveway. How far from the driveway are paved roads? And is it even still available?

This property is connected mains electricity and water and has a fast broadband internet connection. Being a rural property, fibre optic is not available and it is not connected to mains sewerage but has a septic tank instead. The other comment refers to the mid-to-low voltage transformer near the property. When we were there you couldn't hear it whatsoever, even when stood next to it. This property is situated about 50 minutes from beaches and around an 1 hour and 10 minutes from the nearest airport.

This villa is approximately 20 years old, but most of the internal and external areas were entirely redone around 10 years ago.
What a bargain. If did not just buy a cabin up in the mountains, I would make an offer. Seriously. For sure this will sell fast.

None! Property prices here simply are a lot more affordable than most. It helps this area is a more rural area with no larger cities nearby, meaning there isn't the same demand and lack of supply of housing as many areas. But as an area to live a more laid-back and cheap lifestyle, it's unbeatable!

The only thing stopping me making an offerr right now. Power Transformer Humm all night. Secondly. No power lines above all have to be connected and at least 100 m from property.

This is not a Villa. 250k for a small house in a rural area. This should be 100k max. Materials used for the interior look really cheap. The pool is nice though.

@@so_what_else_is_new You have never seen high-quality tiles, flooring, landscaping, and furniture if you can not see what is cheap. For 250k in a rural area, this is not a standard that meets the bill.
