Ayoko sa bahay na ang pintuan ng powder room toliet at bathroom nasa harapan ng dining kaasi what if tumatae ka while someone is having their meal then paglabas mo baka sumama sayo yung amoy at maamoy ng kumakain tapos ayoko ding habang kumakain ako my gagamit ng toilet.

They should start making more bumgalow homes for sale , i love the idea of no stairs, thank you for sharing. ❤👍🌴👏

Well the concept fits the culture. Many people there don't leave their moms house, so they need to make them big.

Layout is not good. The common T&B is far from the 2 rooms. A good architect could have made a better layout. No offense meant.

I can’t believe it was built by an architect. Too many wasted space the floor plan is very poor. The rooms are small. Too expensive for 15 m

We were not able to clearly see the facade of the house, only the front fence and gate. Maybe your team must invest in a drone camera so that you can better show us the front exterior design of the house, especially those with high front fences.

Honestly, too expensive to be considered a minimalist house, it is safe to say na mahal yung property simply because of the location, but for the house itself nope.

we are not even sure kung kasama ang lot sa price. but i hope it is kasi ang mahal talaga for what it is,.

Parang maraming naaksaya na space. Hindi pinagisipang mabuti yung layout. Reminds me of my parents’ first house na pinadesign sa civil engineer. Yung layout mukhang design ng Grade 5 student haha.

I actually LOVE the lay out of this house..space is just right not too big.. I also like it doesn’t have two kitchen (regular and dirty..I will never understand that concept) it’s wasted space that can be added as another room or added space for anything..I LOVE THE HOUSE!.. thanks for sharing!

Few items.. 1. Not good location for laundry. 2. That is not a foyer...that is a hallway 3. Should have relocated the main entrance since there is a tree. 4. Exposed beams? 5. For a 15M..provision of window type?it should be a split type. 6. Urinal??really?? 7.not enough Convenience outlets 8. No provision for CATV 9. No provision for Telco

Maganda sana kc bungalow lang pero dapat may cr lahat ng room yan ang importante d na lalabas ng room para maligo...

Philippine houses are ok. . . But there are many deficiencies. I came to praise, all to APPLE, I admit that I came to see beautiful women.

Napansin ko lang lately, madalas di na nila pinapakita yung staff's quarter/maids room 🤔

Pricey for a minimalist.

Hope that partition from foyer to the living area can be moved and act as partition of foyer and suggested dining area instead so the dining area would be more discreet and private than the living area.

main entry is blocked by the tree, bad flow?

Tama ka, sbi din ng host unique nga layout kc accdg din sa owner its up to u kng private kng tao pwd gwin mong living area ung after foyer, need to organize some, ung 2 bedrooms nman maximize space kc kya sinagad sa pader, kaya ung window dun lng sa may side garden at ung isa ung sa lanai ung view.

I dont understand this house, this is bungalow pero sa bedrooms nakikita ang mga biga which made it cramp and that storage room sana toilet nalang, this 2 rooms bathroom they need to cross that dining or living to get there...sayang ganda sana...

Cozy and intimate that afford privacy is what I describe this home. Its simple yet it is a blank canvass like in art waiting for the future owner to design, furnish this home with their personal touches. The storage room can be a computer room, a vlog room or video game room. Lots of ideas can be possible for this bungalow. And wow the price is negotiable!

Love to hear Ms Apple when you said two car carport. The lady who vlogs from Presello Properties always said two carport, 3 carport or 4carport. Lol. I will be surprised if she will say 10 airports or 50 airports because it can accomodate 50 aircraft. But Ms.Apple did it right, two car carport.

strange concrete beams and ceilings sa ibang rooms. two story siguro dapat ang bahay nito, naubusan lang budget at oras. mahirap na rin talaga gumawa at magbenta ng bungalow ngayon, even back then in my experience more than 10 years ago, mahal talaga sa tingin ng most buyers unless puro seniors ang titira

Yong nabili ni kimpoy in san mateo is a good buy. Kasi 18M kasama ang ilang gamit. With 15M tapos walang wala is okay na din. Pero yong kay kimpoy very good talaga.

They should make the storage into a bathroom for the first and second bedroom since there is no bathroom.

In my opinion the exterior seems inviting better if High Ceiling (correct me the term) since it is a Bungalow house for more ventilation and Can be a rooftop upstair or attic. And the Rooms location should had 2 Open Window Ventilation and the Lanai could be easy to access to enter both sides. And not walling walling by the firewall because once the back of the house built a new house the Ventilation is not as good Since It is a Bungalow

@@alyssacrypt5416 halimbawa na lang 5M ang lote ibig sabhin 10M ang bahay. I dont think it’s worth to buy that house given the poor layout, exposed beams, etc. Khit nga yung host nalilito kung dapat bang living room yung isang part ng house or forma dining room.

@@jaspercayabyab7428 don’t focus on the physical structure? Are you serious? every buyer should focus on the physical stucture. Location is ofcourse important. But remember there are so many houses being sold in the area so buyer have many choices. So next best thing to do is to look for a well-built house and worth its value. Also, i know it’s not suburb. You don’t lecture me on that.

It's really not worth it for 15 million. I felt like they used cheap tiles. The materials they used looks cheap. Those built in cabinets look really cheap too. You can do so much with that amount. Tho tbh I don't know anything about architecture but anyone can tell it's ugly. I don't like the house but I like Ms. Apple. She improved a lot and is now more natural in presenting the house.

The mirror with lights was added probably later in the design coz in other house tours I've seen, the wires are integrated into the wall. And they could have at least invested in a high end electrical outlet designed for use near lavatories.

Ako lang ba? pansin ko lang, parang yung 280 sqm lot area ngayon is maliit. Yung samin same size ng lot area bungalow pero 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 powder room 2 living room, siyempre may kitchen & tsaka dining, laundry area meron din maids quarters, 3 car garage pa at kasya pa mag lagay ng swimming pool sa harap man o likod ng bahay.

di sya maliit, di lang na maximized un lot area. di maganda ung layout ng bahay na ito.

I'll give a + for sliding motorized garage gate. Such an amazing giant entrance door! Good for people who are mortally obese, double wide! Lanai is the same as an enclosed deck or open deck. Hah,hah, me urinal parang movie theather or work office and dating!

I really loved the host

Is this even designed by an architect ? 15M seriously for this craftsmanship. Simple Switch placement, Faucets, Beam, and doors. Not to mention space planning :( Aluminum sliding window ? 15m ? and the Ceiling height Omg. Laminated/Painted Wood cabinets, for 15m you could've use Modular.

The range hood is too high. Standard is 18 to 25 inches from the top of the range, otherwise it won't capture the smell, smoke, gas from the burners.🙄 Standardise measurements, heights, widths, distances no guessing pls.🤔🤗

15M and minimalist? 5M minimalist is more realistic.

sadly it is all about location. you can have the same similar house around 5M in other cities outside metro manila. Manila is expensive. :(

The house has a beautiful frontage, a large area, but the room division is not reasonable. The toilet area is too tight and unreasonable.

I did not see provision for water heater so I am not sure if there is in those bathrooms. Plus with that price, should have one service kitchen. Anyway, nice house and was hoping it had higher ceilings. Mas maaliwalas sana.

toilet should be closer to the rooms rather than the dining/kitchen. u cant be walking around the dining/living room in ur towel. the foyel is a waste of space for a bungallow. and the idea of the masters bedroom very close to the gate isnt good, people passing by ur windows all the time can be annoying. but ofcourse it will always depend on the buyers' taste.
