She uses her hands a lot, and she comes across, especially when she laughs is being rather nervous. Personally, I would never live in such a small space like that that’s just way too small for me…. If I’m going to be invested in a tiny home, it Hass to be at least 1000 to 1200 ft.² not 500 that’s Way Way too small

My parents belong to a association. It used to be a campground for motor homes with daily, weekly, monthly rental of spots in the summer (it's on a lake). The owners didn't want to run it anymore and wanted to sell, they were able to turn it into a association and sold all spots. Pretty much everyone now has park model mobile homes. You can buy them already built or have them customized. There are limitations on floor space. Most all have a set of stairs to the loft areas, not standard stairs but way better than the ladder, that would be awful. All of the ones I've seen have smaller bathrooms, some just showers but more than enough room. All have the master bedroom in the back on the main floor. Some are even more roomy in the living area than this one shown.

When they start the fall of their lives, they might want to comsider getting a tiny dog, the hair from that dog size & amount & length of hair, ( I had a Malamute in my first tiny home, when younger) now I have a Chimix with other half a calm little white dog. So she looks Taco Bell but is really wonderful and weighs fifteen lbs., no stairs especially with no rails. Now I'll go watch the video. I wonder how much you spent on this tiny home.

  • @jwilcox4726

They love to have a quiet day, need it often. They are introverts, why very calm. Also why hyper Chi's can't stand to be alone & can get sick so need a babysitter. Large breeds have to have down time. They are NOT extrovert. Half the world of all are introverts. Remember only half the population are extroverts running around & buzzing like nats year round in the Heat belt of the earth that doesn't have seasonal weather at all, ever, they buzz & never stop. Don't even have a book in the house. Buzz buzz buzz. Must be why you think that grow-up huge slow chill dog doesn't need alone chill time, now that's is really funny. Slow up & give all slow animals their down time, all do once intelligent enough to realize all life needs to be quiet, in the moment each & every day for at least several hours to have optimum health in the body & time to learn new knowledge you don't already know.

I have noticed that in many of the tiny homes, there are few family photos. What does an adult do with photo albums, framed photos, sentimental gifts given by loved ones who have since passed away, awards and plaques… treasured items of a personal nature, when moving into a tiny home? Those family gifts of love (especially from those who have passed away) are priceless in life, and shouldn’t be discarded or thrown into some storage unit. Going digital may have been an option for them, but the originals are priceless, and something to bequeath to descendants.

  • @PattyAnnnet

    @PattyAnnnet

I also noticed that most have nothing personal on their walls - no family photos. It may be a way to start anew. I just built a smaller home; 1175 sq. ft...downsized from 2400. I am storing family photos from 3 generations. Many are now in digital. But those originals have so much character. I am not a storage hoarder...so will see if my kids will take all. :)

The low tone rumble, from the mini-split, can be easely fixed, by putting down a couple of long poles in to the ground. And then build a platform, on top of the poles. And finally let the mini-splits outer unit rest on the platform, instead of having the mini-splits outer unit hanging on to the wall. This will take care of all the resonace sounds, which is a very common problem with some mini-split units. Whit the poles you can also make a first part of a longer ladder, for instance, for easier access to the roof. Or having some plants climming on them. Or just use your own imagination. Btw, thanx for sharing your beautiful home. Best regards from Sweden.

Suggestion for skirting: I built an art shed so I used concrete board for skirting and coated it with concrete screed. It looks like a traditional foundation and you could adhere insulation to it.

These tiny homes are all very cool and I really really like them. The only thing I am concerned with is having to use the restroom in the middle of the night... i know it might sound silly but it's a reality... maybe I just have to have a downstair only tiny house. Really love these tiny homes.

To me the essential items are Rice cooker , air fryer , pressure cooker , bread maker for medium loaf , small and large oven , microwave , fridge , washer and also dryer for continues wasting if more to wash at short period , pots and pans and a dish washer this complete the set of kitchen ware even though it's a small kitchen 😂😅🤣🤪😛😜😋😝

They were built on unstable hillside that has a history of landslides into canyon. This house was older and abandoned a few years earlier.

Love thee look of your home, being 70 I don't like your steps to your bed room, I would change that, and thats it...again only because i am old...i have lost a home in a hurricane and while it was devastating it was freeing to loose all the stuff , and to start fresh and not have so much stuff...so i understand what you said. also i , too am a toilet flushing girl ! LOL Please thank your sons for their service to our country! God Bless!

Beautiful home....for the Air conditioner, could you use some kind of bumper or buffer on the metal brackets to absorb some of the vibration?

Beautiful home . The white with accents are perfect. They have absolutely everything they need to live comfortably. For me I would need to stand up in the bedrooms. That would be awesome but I don’t know if that is possible to have in a tiny home. But their home and community is wonderful. Good luck enjoy!!!!👍☮️

I watch a lot of tiny house videos and this one is one of the best. They gave the best helpful information about the home, the good and the changes they would like to make. They would a lot of fun to watch. By the way, Cate writes a great romantic mystery for those readers out there! Check her books out.

So there are a few flaws because it's your (and maybe the builder's) first build, but it is a great home. I love all of your smiles and how relaxed you look!

Hello Jenna, Greetings! Armando here, Thank you for sharing these tiny homes and tiny homes communities with us, they are AWESOME!! I would like to know where is a particular community located? It's on the coast, it shows in this video right before you present this tiny home. Thank you.

I just seen your video, I love tiny homes and I watch many videos about them. Well... I also love to read my kindle! Imagine my delight when I see you were an author! I looked up your website listed and was so happy to see you also write romance, which is my favorite genre! I plan to read a book I seen when I get finished with my current read. I love "Faith" and Jack is a gorgeous dog! You are so very lucky and I am happy for you! Keep it up!

I like how it's not really all that tiny, but fits the Tinyhome criteria. If you get claustrophobic Idk, I guess you could slap an adjacent one onto it like a TH duplex
