yup! He just understands the surrounding environment better than typical developer architects and he builds each house to maximize what it's lot has to offer - in this instance its ALL about those views. Every single room on the upper 2 floors had a gorgeous view, sometimes from multiple sides.
I see this video as an application directed towards Enes. I think the property hereby qualifies to be toured by Enes!

Enes might be the most subscribed real estate broker... But I really love the resonance of Darren Kriz' speaking voice because it's so soothing to the ears and very clear... And also he has a very cool personality which sets him aside the other agents🤗🤗🤗

Olson Kundig is nice architect. I see he did lots of big and still nice stuff. He's kind of architect that can make big houses that won't be cold, fully white with gold sometimes, but they look very warm, welcoming and nice to live.

You mean real angels, good angels, not fallen ones? 🤔 If you mean good angels, I don't think they want to live in that. It may be a rich cottage, but there is nothing interesting there except for cars and a view of the city. I am disappointed with this house. I was expecting something better. It's a good residence for fallen angels at best. I guess.

And it will be on he market for $45M in another 6 months. Property is insanely overpriced. These views are insane but there's other houses with insane views that sold for alot less. I'd say it's a 30M something house, maybe high 30's or very low 40's I'd they're lucky.
