"CSP denotes Concentrated Solar Plant, is a power generation technology. Which is based on focusing a concentrated band of solar rays on a single focal point. This focal point houses a heat medium material (preferably NACL), which gets heated from the heat of concentrated sun rays. The molten material is then used to produce Superheated Steam. This runs the Turbine and Generator, which produces Electricity.
This kind of power plants needs very little of feedstock or consumable material for power generation. However, they are still in the age of infancy, a considerable research needs to be done to make them economically viable.
