Check out the Sanskrit channel here on youtube. They have videos on 6 of the chakras and go into the actual sanskrit sources for the information. Very informative.

Namaste Michael, The videos are very informative. What can be very confusing is explained in simplistic terms. I look forward to more of these videos.

I think the reason it’s seen as dark sometimes and has the red, as it turned out for me, that distancing myself from particular individuals and acting while interacting with them (playing a persona for the sake of getting a job done better), in still a moral way, but not as noble as acts from the heart, resonates with the solar plex, and was the energy I didn’t tap into till recently. It’s hard when you want to be noble and loving to integrate this part of you.

Please make videos for the other chakras as well 🥺

I felt bloated-constipated last two days. I’m doing a lot of things around the house 🏡 working extra, going to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 celtic shamans work. I awoke this morning to wear dark yellow pants 👖 1950s style cardigan in bright sun 🌞 yellow And autumn 🍂 orange pumpkins 🎃 top! None which I hardly ever wear… I guess I was using the wisdom, unconsciously. I’m going to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for Celtic Shamanismwork.
