I’m the same I can’t believe Iv neglected my shakras for so long I’m just so happy I’m now working towards recharging and rebalancing everything

It's been 7 years since my stomach is in pain. I thought it's just a simple ulcer. So I took on OTC medicines but it didn't work out. My mom thought it's a GERD. Now I know that it's my Solar Plexus was messed up because of toxic, fake Christian people who you often see every Sundays in Church who did this to me. They act superior to others and feeling entitled to gossip, bully, and destroy other people's lives just to make themselves rise above the others. They know each and every verses from the bible but they don't treat others right.

I am desperately trying to find a method that resonates with me.I am currently practicing Tai Chi & I have also brought the relevant crystals to place under my pillow.
