One of the big takeaways from this talk of the Rebbe is his emphasis that the United States must fully develop all its natural resources which G-d has given to it. He includes solar, oil, coal and and all others. Nothing is excluded. And it is through this example to the rest of the world of independence and self-reliance that those forces that oppose these things elsewhere will simply disappear. So may we realize this blessing and see it realized through effective action, immediately and without interruption.

He's right. This holds even more true today than ever before.

What the Rebbe says applies even to our personal lives: "Firstly, Maimonides rules that the Torah of Truth rules: When a Jew asserts even a single statement based on Torah, he is "obligated to view himself and the entire world as equally balanced" and his one statement has the power to tip the entire scale, "for himself and the entire world, on the side of merit, and bring salvation." Great question and one that I asked myself immediately within the first few minutes. From what can be seen, not very much indications can be deducted other that the Rebbe’s graceful age and from an other comments from Leo above, Rav Pinchas Hirschpung Z”L (passing). Sorry I can’t answer your question & hope someone does. Be well Yakov.
