I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.

You're right, I and a few Neighbors in Bel Air Area work with such advisor who prefers we DCA instead of a lump sum purchase, Following this, my portfolio grew 40% in the last quarter.

I don’t know how AI will generate money for these companies. A lot of their business is complicated and I don’t see AI replacing software workers anytime soon. The only thing I see is AI making the work a bit easier. Still have to pay workers.

instead of hiring 10 software developers, now you only need 2. All of these software names rely on companies to hire more people in order for their licensing/SAS model to go up
