I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies. Maybe there are other recommendations?

Have you thought about keeping up with the whims of a Landlord? I am invested fully in the markets under a custodian who is a fiduciary to me and my beneficiaries. You should not sell your home with a good plan. This might only work if you are looking at investing under 5 years

Sincerely it's best to seek a fiduciary right now, unless you're canny yourself. As a business owner in both the service industry and eBay reseller of all product categories, I can tell you we’re in a deep recession and everyone is running out of money.

Very true, people downplay planners role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license-fiduciary advsors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience, I liquidated 200k of 325k from my 401(k) it has yielded nearly $1million after subsequent investments so far.
