ok so in essence it's the same form factor as the Drawmer S73 plugin, which is a stripped down version of the drawmer 1973. Makes sense.

Wish you would have shown a mix bus pass but great video! Wasn’t sure about this one but you got me considering it now.
If you open the right panel (little square box in the preset tab thing) I think you can get a kind of auto-gain function for it :)
Buying this definately in the next 2 weeks.....I would say...is this as good as a low to mid level piece of analog gear...in the box
Man, would have liked to hear it on the mix bus... but overall sounds good. I have the Soft Tube-Tube Tech Compressor, is it easy enough to dial in the same sounds with that?
well, ....I've been using the hardware version since early 2000 .....nothing hs changed that much for what I could see ...🙂

I didn't. Ended up returning it. I'm using less and less analog these days. In the box sounds so good now.
This is for people who I don't want to bother using a compressor, an EQ, and a saturator. Seems like all of Tube Tech's algos goes in one. Price is a little high but not too bad. Not sure if many people really need this plug-in.

I think it's great for producers and songwriters and even pro mixers. Shoot I've been using it as a starter on vocals.

what is the use of this review? we want to know how it stand against the real deal!
i like cl1b instead. no neeed this. and waves literally made sil.k and gave it away for free which i still cant believe cause that thing is insane.
Oh, so now we’re supposed to disregard all the other expensive softube tube tech expensive plug-ins and just use this one. It’s becoming insanity all for profit and greed.

I don’t think so. This is a one trick pony. You can’t really dial in anything other than what it gives you. I would say this is good for people just starting out. Or want a quick way to make a vocal they just recorded better.

Yeah...I hate to say this....in my opinion...this smokes all the other ones....this seems alot more practicle and time managed the way you use it...your getting Tone...Polish EQing and compression for the whole mix in one plugin on sale for 70 cant beat it

It is a polisher, smoothing out everything with a warm tube touch. Highly recommend this for spiky guitars or other edgy sounds. On accoustic guitar it shines, also soft vocals. On the mix as well, only parallel. No gain levelling though. For 59 bucks it is ok, but not more. I have 30 other compressor plugins etc...Fairchild and LA2As are in the same application category. Btw. the colour blue is the first reason to get this, it is a psychoactive colour. Love it.
