Soft Milk Bread with Cheese (Easy recipe, quick recipe)

Today I share with you the recipe for a delicious soft bread, to taste sweet or savory according to your desires, these extra soft milk breads or Viennese brioche bread melting to perfection for breakfast.
I offer you my semi-salted version with mozzarella cheese!
You can use the toppings of your choice, or even plain.
These brioche breads are called pogaça in Turkish!

🔴Recipe:
1.5 glass of milk (300ml)
1 packet of dry yeast (5.5gr)
2 tablespoons of sugar (35gr)
60 g melted and cooled butter
1 teaspoon of salt (7 g)
5 glasses of flour (500 gr)
Mozzarella
Cooking 30/35 minutes at 180°C.

Bonjour, 20 gr de levure fraîche.
Un pouce pour vous et ceux n'utilisant pas d'oeufs mais franchement rien ne vaut les brioches françaises avec des oeufs dedans. J'ai testé la vôtre (en tant que pâtissière invétérée ) et malheureusement les brioches sont bien moelleuses sur le dessus mais sans saveur au palais. Dommage.
