Really Delicious Cheesecake Recipe
*material
85g cream cheese
60g milk
35g butter
3 egg yolks
2g lemon juice
1g salt
6g honey
30g cake flour
10g corn starch
95g egg whites
60g sugar
2g lemon juice
*[Chef Maid] Mini Cheesecake Mold: 12.3x7.7x3.5cm
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
180 degrees 20 minutes preheat
175 degrees 7 minutes, 115 degrees 58 minutes (total bake 65 minutes)
-When lowering the oven temperature, open and close the oven door slightly (about 1 minute)
(The temperature of each oven is different, so adjust the temperature of the oven you are using)
