This song is a masterpiece. I was dealing with some heavy depression and anxiety when I first heard this song and it just spoke to me. Long live Soen!

This one has some lyrical gems of lines: "Am I dreaming, am I feeling love or is this just consolation?" "All these pieces do not fit in my cosmic-self. Overthinking everything."

Everyday, in loop, while going to work, from work, when falling to sleep... I'm begging the devil to feed me venom!

My favourite part is the softest ending for "can they" at 0:52, it really adds to the emotional layer of those lyrics.

I feel like the echoey quiet at the end of the song is a metaphor for the canary in the coalmine. You can hear a bird tweeting, normal at first, and then increasingly choked, strangled tweets accompanied by the light yet frantic and helpless flapping of tiny wings before the last verse. Do with it what you will, but that realization MOVED me. 😢

Can't get enough of this song. Absolutely amazing!

Rarely I find an album that I can listen to every day and it doesn't get boring.This is pure class

These guys are so consistent. Pls don't stop making music. Keep the killer albums coming. The new guitarist is sick. Love the heavy proggy riffs and the mellower pieces as well

Alright....they got me, this one hit and hit very, very hard personally. I didn’t think it was possible to get even closer to my very core than “River” did, but yea they got me this time. The lyrics...God those lyrics...and Joel’s voice. The musicianship is perfect, everything is perfect. Yea I cried, they detailed everything out in sound that I have been going through recently, thoughts I thought no one else had ever had. Yep you got me Soen with this one and I’ll love everything you do and have done for the rest of my life. Thank you, I owe you for this one.

I chose the less-viewed music video from the suggested videos on youtube, because I really know that most people's tastes are so bad nowadays, and here I am listening to this masterpiece, I was right.

Soen Lyrics describe someone that is looking for answers in other realms. Meeting Entities, seeing visions, gathering answers in a search for self finding. I am too this person. A search for truth, for the understanding of who we are and where we come from. I too share this visions and journeys in the other side, by my self in secrecy from this world. I live in a shadow looking for the Light that heals and comforts my soul.

Pretty incredible song. Vocals are 11 out of 10 for me too. Soen rocks 🤘
