Welcome to the Upcycle Design Lab. I craft with recycled, repurposed, and unwanted materials. There is a lot of experimenting with trash and recyclables to make them "new" again. If you enjoy reusing, repairing, and re-imagining old items, I hope you will stick around and check out some of my other Upcycling tutorials and join those of us who are rethinking the things we throw away.

Love the bee and the ants you do. I would like to know the measurements of the paper templet for the strips. I don't have any templets. Cant really afford to buy them

@@UpcycleDesignLab thank you
Is there any other way to make the dome if you don't have the device you have?

Hi - Are you asking about the domed bottle cap for the ladybug? If so I would just make the project without doming the cap. I think it would still turn out. Let me know if that wasn't your question. Thanks for watching. 🙂
Is it possible to not use the bead roller I have to figure it out as I can't afford one

You could try using a wood skewer. I have rolled paper beads that way but I think it might be difficult to hold the aluminum in place. I have also seen people make bead rollers using cotter pins (I think they are available at hardware stores) Here is a video tutorial I found on how to make your own bead roller kzread.info/dash/bejne/kax11KihiKqXcrA.htmlsi=_92zQ-JvWYQmAFsM I hope that helps. Cheers 🙂
Have you ever had the beads pop open even with the mod podge?

Hi I haven't had this problem the only suggestion I have is to use a longer piece of tape on the tip or maybe try different tape. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
