Inpatient social work is extremely challenging and a lot of work for sure. I did it for 5 years and it was definitely the hardest job I've ever had but I learned the most from at the beginning of my career. Thank you for your work :)

honestly the most fulfilling aspect of my job is being able to speak with patients and building that connection with them during their admission. I have a lot of complex cases on my floor where they are a long time resident due to health and social condition. As their social worker I spend a lot of time building that rapport with the patients and family.
Hey! I work in a hospital setting and wanted to know how you priority (create your list). When I priority I end up not following through and my paper is full of notes and scratch offs!

I'm editing a video now where I explain how I prioritize my day but I totally get what you're saying. I know I reprioritize my list at least 3 times per day lol
are you allowed to wear any scrubs you want ??
