Hey girl! Fellow medical social worker here! I love seeing how other social workers prioritize their day! I know all about how crazy things get in a hospital! I just started my channel and plan to talk a lot my life as a social worker too! I’m happy to see you out there rocking it. And congrats on the move! I just moved too and know how hectic that can be. Would you ever do a what a spend in a week as a social worker video? Or some type of paycheck breakdown video?

First, I am so glad that I found your channel!!! Had an interview as a medical social worker but I have no experience in that role. I have experience as a tech but not a social worker, so your videos help me answer the interview questions like I had experience because I finally understood the daily role from your videos! Thank you so much! I got the job!!! Out of all the different social work roles that you have had which one do you like the most and which one pays the most?

Oh my goodness I’m so glad to hear that! Honestly, this current position I’m in as a case manager in a hospital setting is my favorite. Each state is different with pay grade. But in Miami is competitive with experience and licensing. But I have noticed hospital and government are high paying jobs here where I’m at.

Studying is doing well! I honestly hate test taking but I’m giving myself 3 months to study and take it by the end of the year 😅

Do you have to wear business casual or can you wear scrubs?

Hi! We use to be able to wear scrubs during covid times. But now we wear business casual

Is your current job part time as well? Is that why you’re looking for a part time job?

My job is full time but I work 4 days from time to time so I have days where I can fit extra shifts or a part time

Do you have your LMSW? How did you study for that?

@@MyAnhLuong do you not need your LMSW in Florida before you take your LCSW exam? In my state you need your LMSW first
