Hlo sir , I got ppr ( spousal outland pr ) on 24 August and sent a passport to visa office. But I also applied a Visitor visa before 20 days approx. After pr ppr I submitted webform of withdraw my visiter application , is there any nagative affect of visitor visa withdraw webform on spousal pr application or not. My COPR Number shown on ircc tracker and they says that you are approved as a permanent residence of canada. After that I submitted a withdraw webform of visiter visa.

I recently was tempory laid off and was suggested by employer to apply EI after working for 6 months on my first job in canada, but am ready to apply for spousal PR for my wife now. Does this affect the application in anyway even though its a federal program helping employees who lost job due to factors other than firing or misconduct. Also, I'll inckude supporting letter showong my intent for actively searching jobs and showing proof of funds for supporting myself and her for around 5 months along with my NOA . Pleae suggest.

what form did you forgot to pass? no need to make a rejection letter, youre not denied your just incomplete

Raise a webform. Clearly mention in description why you're raising it like 1. Letter of explanation for resubmission of application as advised by rejection letter dated xx/yy/2023 fron CE CSC. 2. Submission of new photo of applicant / dependent as the photo already submitted is taken more than 6 months ago, alongwith original application submission. Then upload in documents to upload section 1.A letter of explanation briefly referring to the rejection letter and include date when you resubmitted the application as advised by CIC and why you're uploading a new photo. Draft the letter, date & sign it, and scan it. Also scan the rejection letter to follow the loe. 2.Upload photo as specified (both sides with all details mentioned at the back of photo) Submit & you'll be fine. Thats fine. Do disclose those in your application. As long as the sponsor can demonstrate the ability to pay those loans, it should be ok

Can you sponsor your spouse if you a PR and you move to another country and live there and not in Canada?

No. As a PR sponsor, you must reside in Canada to be able to sponsor.

@@Hiltonoperah Also No! as a PR, the sponsor must reside in Canada for the entire duration of the application, until the PA becomes PR. Now, Small vacations for 2-3 weeks outside the country are acceptable. But if the sponsor leaves for long durations, they will risk the application for the PA.
