Go to specialty z in you live in SoCal. He does everything vr30 now, he can also install z1 turbos. Very well known tuner.

Yes, modifying the diameter of the MAF housing will always require a tune.

why do e30 cars make the same as full e85 cars?

Every car is going to make different power, we had a few very healthy E30 cars that probably would’ve dynoed high even on a stock tune baseline run. The car on full E still gained the power it would gain over just E30 (10-20whp) if we dynoed the same car on the same dyno on E30 to compare. The dyno is a great tool for tuning, but don’t get too carried away with comparing peak numbers! 🫡
