You can also steal Proteins from Vulcans in Mt. Zublo, Magic Shards from Reapers in the Container Yard and Power Food from the Hobgolbins in Factory. The only ones yoy are gonna have to really farm for with the Fairy Village are gonna be Swallow Eye, Moxa and Fish-Heads, since there are no enemies they can be stolen from, only rare drops.

This absolutely! Another option for swallow eyes and fish heads is turning all of your fairy houses into present shops and waiting until it reaches the desired item (save first before entering and checking). There is a small chance of the random encounter areas in the desert overworld section near the container yard having swallow eyes or fish heads for the item in the area (only got the fish head once or twice though), so this is a good area to grind while waiting for the present shop to advance through its list. For moxas, I generally get a few from the expeditions then set up copy shops, but since this is fairly tedious and you can't see the guts stat, so I tend to ignore it.

Shaman Ring is a really good accessory from the Fairy Village. 25% less AP cost. This is huge for Ryu since Dragons can cost a ton of AP

Even better is the Spirit Ring (50% less ap cost) which can be gotten from the fairy expeditions or from waiting a very long time with the fairy present job. I believe the shaman's ring can be gotten earlier though (maybe from a manillo shop or a drop but I can't remember for sure).

I found this out the other day. This shit is so OP. Pair Charm, Steal and Pilfer and you can get these things hella easy. I am averaging like 99 Life Shards every 2 hours

Dosnt hp max out at like 255? I remember life sharding rei and it would go past 255.

i remember when i played these.i focus on high hp coz some skills damage are base on hp.

That's correct! Many skills, like breath skills are indeed based on HP.

track every negative from every master across every level up for each character, and distribute stat boost items accordingly? ive always wanted to bother doing that for a perfect playthrough

For Swallow Eyes set up Gift Shops. Get up to date on collecting your gifts. Do exactly seven encounters. Go back to the Gift Shops and collect your Swallow Eyes.
