Around this time last year my heart got broken....he just called me after an year of dating and told me I deserve better. I was broken....I had seen a future with him. Looking back, he did me a huge favor...I started my looking inwards journey. I actually followed most of your do's and dont's so I strongly co-endorse the message. They work! I recently discovered TMI and I'm in love. Good job ladies!

for me I cried daily for a month. then told myself girl...your life has to move on please. I took 2 short courses for 2 months and let me tell you it was worth it. I gained 2 additional certificates. that's how I managed to do get over him. let me tell you it helps. I had to distract myself and it was with something am passionate about.

Wueh I am just now realizing it's almost a year since that mess of a relationship. I went to therapy for six months. It's true hearts don't break even. Men deserve nothing. Only hell and wickedness. Now I can laugh but for a minute I thought my heart had a hole 😂😂😂 I was just asking God how I could love someone like that like why did I attract such trash. He was such a mean, hurtful man. Like what is it in me that attracted such nonsense. Therapy helps honestly. My ex taught me that men hate women.

We do suffer after a break up but on that note let me point out something important. The Victim Mentality. Most people in a relationship always know or have a hint when something is not right. So in most times a break up don't just happen out of the blue,, it's usually a slow fade. So I think it's high time after a break up we stop playing the victim. It's okay to cry that one day, but after that move on. Closure is overrated. Move on, especially for people with kids, your mental health will directly affect your kids both mentally and physically.

You guys👌🏿😋 Is season 2 coming soon next year? Fan host on the pod 👉🏿🥺👈🏿 Haha, the dilemma today is so funny. And I honestly don't understand why we as women do this. He's shown you he's not about you before (surely cheating in the first year of marriage?), Then you go ahead and get the confirmation directly that he regrets the whole thing. Unless your confrontation is about separation, it won't amount to change. Most times we expect men who've shown us they don't care about us to have remorse and empathy and suddenly change, but 99/100 times that never happens. Khloe and Tristan?? And Lydia just said this, closure won't matter. It's not even about you. So I'd say just sit on the info, and because it will definitely happen again, one day your soul will tire from all the disrespect, then your spirit will give you courage to walk away. All the best sis ✨
