That’s crazy to me. I guess we aren’t so pre-disposed to the idea of frivolous lawsuits in Australia. If you are at a street spot and you get fucked up while you are also trespassing you would be laughed out of the court. Even if someone said they didn’t care if you skated and you got hurt. You would have to be a spoiled, rich brat with a top-notch lawyer to sue and win the case without any evidence. I guess yanks would sue for medical costs as a last resort. We have free healthcare so your broken arm isn’t going to bankrupt your family here anyway.

Having a van like this would be my dream!! Would make skating the spots in Oregon where I live so much easier. You could basically fix up anything and make it skate-able.

Honestly I've always wondered why skaters don't get people to sign waivers because being responsible for an eventual injury is ultimately what most people are afraid of by letting people skate, (not that any skater would actually sue anyone over a slam) and now I see that apparently some do! That's sick! Love to see all the little things that go into fixing the spots behind the scenes, Rhino is the man you want on the session for sure! Takes sick photos and got the tools to fix anything you can think of haha

Having not skated since 2007, due to an injury, I was excited that my nephews were getting old enough to skate. Taking to the internet to do a little digital "window shopping," I found nothing but heartache. Tracker Dart Sixtracks are now 80 bucks a set, everyone is implementing pressed-in kingpins, and now this. Bring back the cross!
