@@atnfn I started cycling because my knees are bad and there's alot more impact while running but I think I can still do a marathon if I slowed down. A 5 hour time comes out to about 11.5 minutes per mile. I'm sure you can walk fast and get a 11.5 minute mile. If you can run the first couple around 7 to 9 minutes it will help increase the average time per mile.

This was awesome you guys, I was smiling for you throughout the entire thing. Have to admit feeling a little jealous mostly because I can’t run and I could really feel your accomplishment plus the bond you all have is awesome. Congrats.

I myself have NEVER been a runner. I have rather large breasts and it is just to painful to run. I myself am a back surgery survivor and was told quite sternly by my neurosurgeon to NOT run. I told him, no problem, I am not the running type. I do love to walk. My dog and I do a 5 mile circuit and sometimes do that twice in one day. We sleep well after that. 😁😉💜💚 GO DEMOLITIA!!

I love how supportive all the emergency responders are. They're all out there giving high fives and having a good time. Sure they have a job to do, but that doesn't mean they can't cheer you guys on while doing it. It's really cool to see them being a part of the community.

Congrats to all the Marathon finishers, Matt, Mere, Clint, and Hunter. You guys demolished those streets. Mere slaying her goal. Hunter running with more heart then training. Clint for running his heart out. And, Matt, damm showing positivity and proving to yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to. All of you did great.🏅🏆🥳💯
