Please never apologize, Wayne - there’s no need. God knows we have shared these experiences more times than should be legal. There’s a large number of individuals that shouldn’t be in a sales or customer service setting. It’s truly pathetic.

So sorry you had such a rough week. Customer Svc is gone in so many businesses. I work in customer Svc and try my best to treat people the way i would like to be treated but when i am the customer, I realize how horrible people can be. So sorry this happened to you. Makes me feel not alone. This happens all the time unfortunately. I have a business and I go over and above to be so nice to people because of what I’ve encountered.

That's how I ended up with my Toyota almost 25 years ago. Went to two other dealerships - one with a friend who'd recently bought a car, the other was a dealership where a former customer worked. I was disrespected at both places. The folks at Toyota were nice and respectful. They were even nice (remained professional) when I gave a little push-back about the price and a few features. Good customer service is an ART! It makes a world of difference.

Please don't apologize for your delightful videos with Robin. Most of us loved them! I just bought a new car myself and was shocked at the poor customer service. I'm old enough to remember when car salesmen/dealers used to kiss your *ss to make a sale!! Evidently, those days are over! Hope your week improves (after you attend to the eye thing, of course 😢). I probably fall on the side of those who really want the makeup toots and techniques, and have less patience for talky, personal videos, but the videos with Robin were really nice, particularly at the end of the year when we're getting together with family and friends and reminiscing and spending time with those we love. I love you and I was so happy to meet Robin and I think those videos were very nice and very real. We are like a big, widely-spread, diverse family here, so don't worry about pleasing everyone. It is BEYOND MADDENNING when people in the customer service industry just don't give a damn! So sorry you had to go through all these horrible experiences!

I really understand your frustration, I have been in tears over customer service before now. I actually burst into tears in a Boots store and had an anxiety attack - the only positive to that is that my problem was then solved in minutes but I had to sit in my car for an hour afterwards to calm down enough to drive safely. 😫

Don't apologize for your lack of makeup videos! I love all your videos! Your voice and personality are ASMR to me!

Oh... and a home ready for an eye infection is to get a fresh tomato, squeeze all the juice from at least one big slice onto a cotton pad, and press that over the infected eye. Leave it there for a while. The acid is mild enough not to burn, but it's strong enough to kill off the infection, including pink eye. I've done this to myself, my husband and my son with outstanding results.

I bought a Toyota RAV4 in October. Was treated so incredibly well by the salesman (who happened to be the manager). I felt like I was being well informed about everything at all times and that I actually made a good deal on the car. Toyota (and Lexus which is their premium brand) have a company policy on how to treat their customers and it really shows.
