Ahhh, finally someone talked about this. I feel the same way too. Its crazy how Indian food is the A tier food now (atleast in my campus), brown girls are suddenly considered hotter than everyone else, chai as a flavor in everything. I just hope it’s not a temporary wave of popularity.

Indian-Aussie girl here! I grew up feeling self conscious about my skin and was told Indian culture is weird by my friends in primary school 💀 but now in university I'm in a really multicultured setting and although I will admit I'm still slightly insecure about my ethnicity, I feel so much more safe and secure being Indian than I was in primary school :)
