Embrace! I used to do tons to try to cover my dark circles (genetics and insomnia) Then I saw a male friend's highly retouched professional photos. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them until we realized they had erased his dark circles, which we were used to as just part of his face! Now I only cover up the darkness of a bad night's sleep. I leave my genetic darkness, because it's just my face. :) And there's nothing wrong with that.

Wayne Goss’s concealer tricks are GOLD. There are some peach tinted setting powders that I’ve used verrryyy lightly over regular setting powder to deal with the little bit of the cast. Bobbi Brown has one. I’ve done this routine with a teeny bit of light satin foundation powder on top to add more coverage as well, as you’ve done in one of your videos. If I end up with too much powder after knocking of the excess, I spritz over it with a moisturizing facial spray and it’s chefs kiss perfect

I used this method today and it did work really well. I'm 48 and I'm never happy with the look of my under eye concealer just lately - it does tend to crease or look a bit patchy/flaky after a while. However, using this method it looked better from the outset and looked pretty good after I'd been shopping and wearing a mask. I didn't have any face powder and it still lasted well, so it gets a thumbs up from me.

This video is ground breaking information for me! I know I’m not alone in saying my under eye area is my biggest challenge when doing my makeup. It’s so hard to cover the dark circles and avoid creasing and cakeyness. So frustrating! This might be a real game changer for me. And I’m a huge Wayne Goss fan! He’s very much a naturalist when it comes to applying makeup. Skin should look like skin. Ty for this video. You’re definitely one of the best mua on YT as far as I’m concerned ❤️❤️

I am a 61-year-old woman with all sorts of under-eye issues; dark circles, some wrinkling, some water retention, and eye bags. I was also having a really hard time with my concealer as well. What worked in my younger years no longer does the trick and I did not know what to do with it until I watched Wayne Goss' concealer for people that have dark circles & wrinkles under the eye. I learned how to wear my concealer as an over 60 woman (gah!) and have discovered so much about changing my application from Wayne Goss. I'm so glad you checked in with him. @Wayne Goss is the Man! But YOU, Alexandra,....Beautiful YOU....You know EVERYTHING about everything; color, blending, skincare, and about a million more things and I am in awe on a daily basis. I LOVE your artist's mind! I am a retired wedding floral designer, so an artist as well. The gorgeous things you put down on your face are a new awakening for me every day. You inspire me. I don't know if you know that. But you inspire us every day. This video helped me so much! Between your application and Wayne's instruction, it made this video solid gold for me. Thank You!!!

I will absolutely try this!!! Also, will try with light applicarion of setting spray patted into undereye with fingertips over the moisturizer, but under the color corrector, because that has been helpful for me to stop settling and breaking up of makeup undereye over a number of hours from that human effect of smiling, laughing throughout the day. That thin layer between actual moisurized skin and corrector concealor makes a difference for me, it seems. .. just a barrier to stop oils in skin from degrading and breaking down coverage over time. And yes, adore Wayne!!!! What an utterly brilliant, lovely soul, and you can just see the kindness in his work. Like your vids, his always make me smile. Thank you, both!
