Who the f rides a EUC wearing pajamas. I like you put your 10$ knee pads on at least. 4000$ EUC but you can't bother to put proper gear on.

@@CoryZuber He has a valid point. A lot of riders think they can stay safe with their riding skills, but often times, crashes happen, because of things that are outside of their control. You might get some scrapes if you crash going at bicycle speed 20km/h. If you crash riding bicycle going downhill 30-35km/h, you are going to experience some serious pain. You seemed like you were going around 30-35km/h. Anything faster than that, your knee pads are just going to slide out of position and won't do you any good. You can get seriously hurt if you are not properly geared up. With proper gears, given you didn't hit anything during a crash, you should be able to get right back up and continue to ride. Without proper gears, you could be needing to call an ambulance, because your knees have baseball size holes. This happened to someone in my group. Think about the pain and suffering you will have to go through for the rest of your life as a cripple.

Wow, dude! You’re amazing! In your pajamas, without any protective gear… In my opinion, it’s crazy. Even if you’re aware of the risks, when we’re on an EUC ride, wearing a helmet is essential to protect our heads from injuries that can happen with just one mistake at high speed. Despite the craziness, I found your video interesting and fun. 😊

@@CoryZuber Subscribed seeing the thrash can part 2, unsubscribed seeing this. Sorry. Pajama is fun, but man, no wrist/knees protection? No helmet? Even a bike helmet for kids? I have seen so many broken heads and wrists... edit: thinking about subscribing again after seeing the part 1 of your trash can - that video is awesome. Will watch you closer in the future to see if I sub again 😛

you said "I've been studying how to stay safe on this thing" while wearing 0 safety gear lmao. My worst injuries were from falls at low speeds. I highly encourage you to gear up, even when traveling at low speeds. Safe riding!

I agree that good riding skills is one safety factor. Maybe enough going really slow, like walking speed. Some safety gear would be a good addition though. Wishing you nice and also safe rides!

Also, really good riding habits should be a requirement for going fast. I don't think most euc have developed those habits and as a consequence will end up falling due to a wobble.

Compared to an electric bicycle or electric scooter, there is one big advantage: compactness. But the price for this model is too exaggerated. $3500 is a lot. And riding in the rain is not recommended and is dangerous.

I love your attitude towards it. Show a lot of confidence. Really here in Holland when we use bikes or e-bikes or e-steps or skeelers we have no gear on or even have just pyjamas like you do. That's because everyone is very comfortable with them. EUC is a bit different since it's a lot of balancing out, but ultimately is the same thing. When comfortable I'd love to not have to wear anything. Because the comfort of being able to step on any vehicle and just go without too much of anything is a great feeling. With that said, having some knee guards or a helmet wouldn't hurt!
