Anybody who watched this video and few month later reacting to another of Sohyang's clip pretending as if they haven't seen it is probably lying. When I stumbled upon this clip, I was completely flabbergasted and I went through most of her songs in few hours. You just can't help it. This lady is a serious musician and world class vocalist on a different level. Truly gifted but humble. What a wonderful person...

눈물이 저절로 나오네요. 더군다나 내가 이 노래를 혼자 불러 본적이있는데 그 시절도 생각나고 내가 부른 노래는 그냥 흥얼 거린 정도고 소향은 그냥 전세계인을 향해 끝내주네요.

He introduce tons of good pops to Korean with soft and tender voice with deep knowledge about music. The theme of this program is "The pop songs - be loved by Korean" "한국인이 사랑하는 팝송" So he was invited the show with special guest. Like Michael Bolton - Lean on me, or Shane Filan - You raise me up.

Thank you for doing this reaction. Sohyang's cover of Bridge Over Troubled Water is simply iconic. I've seen many reactors look awestruck by her singing. I've also witnessed many who expressed their admiration for Sohyang's vocal prowess and impeccable technique. To me personally, her stage here touched something deep in my soul that makes this performance stand out among all her phenomenal songs. Listening to her singing this song, she becomes the comforting shoulder to lean on, and the willing vessel to carry away some of the burden of regrets that weigh in the heart.

Her performance is on a competitive singing show (Immortal Songs 2) that always has a theme around a visiting guest. The guy you're wondering about is a veteran DJ from Korean radio that they were honouring. He introduced a lot of these famous English songs to Korean audiences. Each singer chose a song to compete with. They all sing live but the singers usually aren't as popular in mainstream K-pop.

i like your reaction.. it's so original and sincere.. you know your thing and so into it. and it's good. I like it

This program has the concept of competition that one who is original singer(or writer,songwriter) is invited and hear his /her songs by korean singers and each singer is judged by selected normal ppl . (named immortal songs ) so it is little bit tough for singer to select,arrange and prepare a song which is not her/his in a week.But that's the point what ppl expect how singer digest the song properly in a week.
