SO FUN! Hanging Rock Hike in Newport, RI | Norman Bird Sanctuary Trails
This was such a fun hike to do in March. The Norman Bird Sanctuary has a surprising amount of trail mileage to take advantage of. You can really make a day of it and support a great organization! I recommend not doing Hanging Rock trail and the other ridge trails during icy weather unless you have the proper gear (spikes, etc) and experience because some areas are steep or have more of a scrambly feel to them that can be less safe during those conditions. And as the sign in the bathroom said, don't forget to always be tick aware :)

This looks like a great place to explore. The hanging rock vista is beautiful. It is nice to have the wooden walking paths to cut down on the Spring mud. Thank you for the tour.

Beautiful place. But how do you look so happy throughout without any snacks? Are you munching on bar when the camera is off? This is important to me

I decided that I was too hungry to set up a shot, so I just munched and walked 😆 pretty sure I got some active snacking footage during the next hike, you should get excited for that 🤪🤤😂
