Tubas have always been that it factor but I think they stick out recent years because of the new tubas.. it created a fresher sound

@@therealmccoy2004it started in 2015 right before the section got the new horns. The sections leaders at the time (Steven, Aaron, and Arce) set the blueprint for the current section being on God mode lol

This has got to be the most beautiful and banging arrangement ever! The perfect mix of the drum line and low brass gives it that sexy dark feel, the high brass and winds part is just beautiful and so pure sounding. Good job Sonic Boom

Eddie Rigsby this is what you call FEELIN the music. You can really tell that they were really caring and feeling about what they were playing. It’s really apparent at the end when they are so powerful
