As a YG Stan since 2010, their performance was definitely not overperforming.. sorry if our standards are different, but we're used to that kind of performance from their seniors. I've watched your reaction video of BIG MAMA, fyi they are actually one of the first generations of YG. Before the debut of BABYMONSTER, YG planned to make a young version of BIG MAMA which is a vocal-focused group, but I think they changed it because it would be a waste if they didn't show their dancing and rapping skills as well, but I hope for their next comeback they will have a song that will showcase more of their vocals, maybe not as great as BIG MAMA, but I hope they can show it in their own style. Baby Monster smashes every time. Good job? I think great job! All 7 girls are flexing those power vocals. Gorgeous. The rappers really pop in these live performances. Ruka especially looks and sounds like a tiger on the prowl. You don't normally associate rappers as power vocalists but Ruka just comes in really hard.

Some of them literally said that their first performance in Inkigayo lacks energy (which is understandable since they're prob nervous), and now they're called overperforming for finally giving their all in their last performance. These haters are clown lmao

I've watched all their stages live and I have to say it was an amazing experience. They started timidly and they started to get even MORE monster. I'm sorry but the last 2 performances were performed like POWERHOUSES. Especially their last one, they all got into it so much. Like Ruka growled at one point....AMAZING performance. Nobody in 5th gen can rival their stage presence (ok maybe kiss of life can, I love them sm). Anyways tldr, they stunned me.

Thank you so much Katriinka for speaking the truth. Full album coming in Fall so hopefully we see a lot from all of the girls. It is tough with so many members to give them all the lines as a song can only be so long. Hopefully with full album, they can spread out lines over more songs. All 7 are all incredible.

It's those 'carefree' elements that have been YG's roots actually that do wonders.. So their artists already have those chill, self expression & fun behaviour while being committed and serious on stage at the same time.. And 'improvise' too another YG's main traits..
