A bit late, but this implies that Vanessa either showers fully clothed, or chases you while naked

To anybody who hasn’t beaten the manor just know the camera badge I exceedingly useful because you can get a better view of where Vanessa is

you can also straight up skip it by crawling between 2 barrels in the basement

Fun fact: In the cellar of Vanessa’s manor, you can crouch between two barrels against the left wall and instantly go to the final area with the timepiece. This was put there to help folks with epilepsy. Also now play Wandersong

@@simplylawfull1778 it uses a special technicqe(i cant spell) called freezing. Comes with a free seal.

Snatcher actually IS the prince! If you get the Dweller mask (which you need) and use it in the manor basement, you can actually see where the prince got chained up. Also HERE COMES ONE OF THE BEST SONGS IN THE GAME! I look forward to next episode and seeing you discover why everyone likes Snatcher so much, and Happy New Year to you and everyone who reads this!

"And the boss fight was cool too" Wait until he sees the other Boss fight

2:45 *proceeds to sell your soul to the devil*

Here’s a bit of lore for ya: Queen Vanessa’s Prince is the Snatcher (That Shadowy Noodle Guy), she was a total yandere for him (Ironic considering he is a tsundere) but when he was going to buy flowers for her, she thought he was cheating on her with another woman. As it turns out he was just buying flowers from that woman. She ordered him to be locked up in the basement and left to rot. Some sort of dark manifestation turned her into her current form. The Prince himself also transformed into his current form. This somehow caused the entire kingdom to freeze, killing everyone within. The kingdom is currently the icy area surrounding the manor. The souls of the children that died in this incident escaped and became the masked snake thingies throughout the Subcon Forest. The Prince, now known as the Snatcher, also escaped, and made contracts with some of the souls which they become his servants in return he gives them new bodies to possess. The hooded purple dudes that refer to the Snatcher as their boss are the souls of the children possessing dolls the Snatcher made. The Snatcher then claimed the Forest outside of the icy apocalyptic world that was the kingdom, even going as far as setting a portion of it on fire. The Snatcher is best boy and you cannot help but to feel sorry for him.

Heheheheh Fun fact: Snatcher is indeed the prince!

When you get the Dweller's Mask, go back to Vanessa's Manor and check the wall in the basement when you first come in. There's a little lore bit in there.

In my opinion Low-Resolution Horror Games are scarier than ones that try to make them wayyy too detailed

I just want to say that, on behalf of the community, thank you for providing such amazing content throughout 2020. We all know that 2020 wasn't the best of years but having you there to create very enjoyable content really has made 2020 one to remember. I'd just thought I'd bring this up because it's almost been a year since I've found your channel and I don't really know how to show my appreciation for you but, from the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you for everything in 2020! A hat in time is such a great game, every level of the game is unique and different from other levels, loving the séries

I never even realized that a lot of great games have some sort of grappling hook/hook-shot. There’s Terraria, LoZ, and now A Hat in Time

Just seeing quin grow his channel is so satisfying good for him

Quin, the basement of Vanessa (the first area of the manor) has an easter egg of who is her prince, when you use the Fox Hat (hat you use to view paranormal things) you can see some things in there! I think it's worth the shot!

Ah...The manor. That part still freaks me out after two years. I remember how terrified I was when I first played that level.....*Cries in Hat Kid* Also, hAPPY NEW YEAR QUINN! :D

Its kinda late but with the Dwellers Mask vision, the manor would have been even more... fun, lets say. Also, a happy and stinky new year everyone.^^

Doing those timerifts sometimes give lore information and basically this world's lore is my favorite

8:06 The sheer agony in that cut "no" is so strong. We can feel everything you felt in that moment, utter defeat and disappointment

"Watching a speedrun of this game would probably be sick!" Watching a speedrun of this game is like going to an unsafe website full of pop-up adds and playing everything at 10x speed. Good luck figuring out what the hell is going on.

One time you are beating the mafia , others times you are hiding in a mansion from a demon who wants to kill you .

Probably the scariest thing about the level is the initial shock factor because Hat in Time is super goofy and silly and happy most of the time, but BAM, horrifying, tragic backstories and this nightmarish thing chasing you!

If you care about lore stuff, you can find out the backstory of this spooky area by doing some secret rooms

I literally started this game yesterday without knowing that you played it, so now, I have entertainment and happiness

When you are in an open area, push up and down repeatedly. I'm not going to tell you what it does, but you'll love it! This game has so many adorable little touches!

"Spoopy manor" Hat kid - 2021

you should use the ice hat in the pile of pillows in hat kids room. If you do it in the right spot you'll find a secret

I can only imagine the conversation between the devs for this level: "Ok guys, we gotta make a horror level out of nowhere." "Oh you mean like the Mario 64 Piano?" "Nah I was thinking more Silent Hill."

Don't worry, the bosses are hard. Being cute don't mean NOTHIN' in this world.

THE FACT THAT YOU PICKED UP ON SNATCHERS LORE WITH JUST CLUES FROM THE MANOR MAKES ME SO UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY

Not so fun fact: There is a hat that lets you see into the spectral world. If you use it outside of her manor, you can see the outline of a beheaded person that was hung in chains to die.

ah yes the famous episode title, so apparently [game] is a horror game, where the quin begins to actually love the game

Snatcher:So you met my ex.Absolute crazy woman,isnt she?She banned bacon from the house,cut and curled my hair,and then she chained me in the cellar and left me to ROT!

I decided to play this game again and apparently the book the snacher is reading in his tree is titled how to kill kids and the pages show a knife and a bottle of poison

Have you ever heard about NSR (No Straight Roads)? Its a music based game and it looks really good, I would watch it with all my heart if you play it. It have cool bosses, at least the first one is cool, I only watched until the first boss because I want to play it too.
