SnS Grills Just Made The Kettle Grill Better Again
We all know that SnS Grills is all about innovating and upgrading your grilling experience. Well, they've done that again!
Iintroducing the new fire baskets which replace those chintzy little charcoal baskets your Weber kettle came with. This new grilling system includes two high quality stainless steel fire baskets and a water pan which can be placed anywhere in the kettle. This system works on both the Weber kettle and SnS kettle. After testing these out, let me tell you they do not disappoint the same high quality you have come to expect from the maker of the Slow N Sear. This is not a replacement but a great addition for added flexibility in fire management
I seasoned some chicken wings with two rubs from the Fire & Smoke BBQ Company. they're Classic and Windy City BBQ Rub. Both of these rubs knock it out of the park as do all of the other Fire & Smoke BBQ Company rubs
As always, I fueled this cook with Jealous Devil charcoal. today I used their Max briquettes which were perfect for this cook. The thing I love about Jealous Devil is that all their products are all natural with no chemicals added!

Awesome! You are going to love it! My blue cheese dressing is basically equal parts heavy cream, sour cream, blue cheese, a splash of apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and some SPG. Thanks for the support
These are badass bro! I think I would try to use them upside down on the grill grate and use them as the grill grate and sear a steak on it! Wings look legit!

The vortex is more even cooking because of the smaller outlet of the heat.

I have a vortex and Don't see any real advantage to the vortex over the fire baskets. Other than maybe having a little bit more room on the grates but there's still plenty of room for chicken wings, thighs or legs around the outside. Thanks for watching 🙌🙌🙌

How are these compared to the slow n sear deluxe? I’m getting either this set up or the slow n sear deluxe. Will they both do the same thing for long cooks ?

I would say if long cooks like pork butt I would go with the Slow N Sear the Fire Baskets are perfect for baby back ribs, reverse seared steak and other quick cooks thanks for watching
