Of course it is. Scotland will get its independence through the break up of the old system. If the legacy media want to put a focal point on characters and personalities, that’s up to them. The SNP have totally lost the plot. Originally the aim was Independence but NOTHING has been done to prepare the country for that. A total lack of investment in the fiscal and infrastructures necessary to provide a realistic move to Independence - a £ 20 Billion budget deficit and a total lack of recognition that the RUK is the prime marketplace (60+% by revenue) as well as being the only real means of access to other markets is certainly not that.

Scotland is healthier, wealthier and happier since direct rule from Westminster ceased. 15 years ago 3 of the top 10 poorest regions in EUROPE were in Scotland. They may think Colonialism is good for Scotland and us Scots, those who know differently, know their recent and historic history.
