Hey, I have a question about your 250r. I have a smart carb sc2, running 80:1. I was thinking of moving to 60:1 and richening it up a few clicks. Right now the revs really hang when returning to idle as if it has a pretty bad lean condition but otherwise runs perfectly. I was thinking of following your exact setup in the description of that video. Can you do what you did with the stock metering rod or is the ca-30 a must ?

I would be guessing at this point. I haven't had time to experiment with adjustments since the video. I hope to soon. I want to put a stock air filter canister back in with the CA-30 to see if it makes a difference. The hanging idle is much better with the current setup but not totally gone.
