February can be like in this video or just cold, anything between -5 and +12 Celsius during the day. It tends to be warmer here than in Vienna or Salzburg, but all of Austria is a bit cold during the winter. You can definitely do things, but keep in mind that outdoor street cafes etc do not operate between November and April. Have fun and welcome to Graz!!

Graz and beyond I am scared of cold. That's why I asked it. I have never been in a snow country. So, I am curious to know their lifestyle at this temperature.

Okay well then I definitely understand you!! You should come and visit then, you would definitely like it. It never really gets cold around here, always around 0 degrees in winter. It is nothing to be scared of, just dress appropriately, wear a warm coat, gloves ... and enjoy!!!

Usually November until March are cold months, which means you get anything between -10 to +10 Celsius. In recent years, it has often been warmer than average and we would only get snow like in this video 3-5 times per winter. In summer, however, we have warm temperatures, usually around 24-28, with highs up to 35 Celsius.
