I saw a National Geographic show about tiger sharks one time that showed a researcher get hit in the side by the tail of a tiger shark and not only did it damage her ribs, but you can see the shock wave ripple through her body. I will never forget it.

@rockyevans1584 it was amazing too watch, the biggest fright i ever got was I lived near an old quarry (limestone maybe) and it shut it eventually when I was about 10 by the time I was 15 it filled up and we called it the blue lagoon it was nearly 80 feet deep in some places, it had sheer walls and trees at the side so you could find places to jump 30 feet into the water , a small stream dan into it and sometimes there was an awesome water fall, between 15 and 25 every summer it was mobbed people would come from 3 towns over, swim, dive , bbq all the time was amazing, some great memories but eventually, people dumped rubbish cows and sheep would fall in and unfortunately some kids drowned, so they decided to fill it in (took them 5 years) when we heard we knew it was the last summer we would have there so me and a few friends went and since it was miles from any river or the sea just rain and a small stream filled it in all the years there was no wildlife in it, me nor anyone ever seen any or even mentioned it, But that very last day we were there we were having a swim race across to do some jumps off the highest tree and while swimming something touched my legs and I was behind everyone, so I assumed it was some reeds but when we were about to jump of the tree I seen something moving fast just below the water, 100% without a doubt it was alive and made a wake behind moved fast real fast, my friends seen it too. I never went back in. That was 15 years ago I still don't know what was in that water, Like I said miles away from any river or the sea, the stream that fed it was a foot wide and 3 inches deep, rain run off from the hills was dry half the year, So what the hell and where the hell did that animal cone from and it never came up for air and moved so fast it must of been aquatic. What did it eat there was no animals or vegetation,

Hi Hal We have had about 5 or 6 shark attacks here in Australia 🇦🇺 in the last 6 months. It’s bazaar we are having so many attacks , I know this sounds horrible but I just hope women aren’t getting in the water with their monthly’s or people are not weeing in their, I think it’s more women than men I can’t remember, It might be something to make people aware of if they are going to go in the water not to go in with these things happening with your body. I’m only mentioning it because a lot of people don’t know these things attract sharks. Stay well , You do a fantastic job mate 😊Our Aussies talk 😂have a Barbie ❤️🩷

As far as Texas goes, I remember there were a string of attacks back in the late 80's at Mustang Island. I'm not sure of the exact year.

Living in Texas we only go into the ocean on the boat for fishing. When you're 100 yards from shore and a 3 meter white shark comes up to your boat circling it for several minutes it gives you a great respect for it and there's no way you're going into that water !! What's so scary is when there's people swimming in the same area as the shark. All that could be done was to call the harbor master and alert him of the shark so the people could be warned.

Make sure you have a bigger boat! Wouldn't want it to ram you or tip you over. 😉

India looks like a total hotspot for bulls, tigers etc, but we never hear anything. Maybe they just don't report attacks.
