Caitlyn has to have a star power that gives flashbombs overwhelm. Please rito I need it.

I really want Sion in POC. He's one of my fave champs, but he's so hard to synergize if you find him randomly. I once theorycrafted some powers for him: *Shallow Grave.* When you discard a card, shuffle a copy of it into your deck (I), and reduce its cost by 1 (II). - Some of the coolest cards in Sion’s package (including himself) cost more than the typical 4 or less. This power would both eliminate the chance of milling yourself, allowing you to fully engage in the deck’s fantasy, and get heavy hitters like Sion on the board sooner in lieu of the Watch rare item. Sion already shuffles himself back into your deck when discarded, so there's precedent! *Soul Furnace.* +1 Starting Mana. When you discard a card or when an ally dies, grant all allies in hand +1/+0. - I always had fun stacking my Soul Furnace in LOL and reaching monstrous levels of health, so what better thematic for a Power that strengthens your hand when you've got an army of glass cannons who love to die? Sion levels off summoning AND discarding a certain level of power. This Power would enable a faster level up, synergizing with the above cost reduction.

I can see Tarick 2 star power something like "First time you target your unit with spell, give it support "copy the first spell you targeted me with" (and Tariks thing that spells can be copied only one time)" holly it could be fun

I REALLY would like to see Azir, Swain, Vladimir and Viktor on PoC, specially the emperor, with a deck based on ascension and his sand army.

i really want Gallio to be in Poc bc of formidable. just imagine star 1 : All your allies have Fomidable star 2 : create that card that fully heals an ally then strike an enemy star 3 : All your allies have Formidable and increase their health each round by 0/ +1

i believe Zed or Hecarim should be added, just because the is no ephemeral centered deck in path. there are some powers in Champs that summon ephemerals, but no single deck ABOUT them. The Heimer take is SO interesting, imagine every time you summon a tech ally, you get multiple choice of items to add to the tech summoned. like, that one card that lets you choose to transform an ally on summon, but instead, you get 2-4 options of the same ally, but with different items.

Honestly, here's a thought... Seraphine 1* Power: "Remix": The first spell you play each turn gets a random common item and is once more considered new. (3 star can be first 2 spells or ALL perhaps)

i think it'd be more interesting to create a bunch of new spells rather than "it's considered new", which means you can basically build her normally, instead of giving her an interesting deckbuilding challenge something like new spells having a random common item, with 2 stars having a random rare item

What about the first spell you play each round, create a fleeting 2 cost new spell in hand. I know it sounds OP, but you generally won't have many to play it often until later rounds.

I can actually see them making a Fizz deck with pranks and shellfolk for PoC that fits the character pretty well

Fully agree with the top champions of the list. I've been wanting Aphelios forever now, whenever I get him in support champions I always think "why the hell aren't you a card yet you're popular AND unique"

I think azir as a four star would be so cool if they did it as ascendeds and not what the azir fight has. Either him or aphelios being added would make me immensely happy

It might be way too broken, but it looks fun Senna: 1 star: At round start, create a fleeting copy of a random slow spell you have played this game. 2 stars: +1 starting mana. Your damage spells and skills deals 1 extra damage every time you slain a unit out of combat. 3 stars: At round start, create a fleeting copy of a random slow spell you have played this game. Your damage spells have overwhelm. (like lux laser). Her gameplan would be surviving by any means while you ramp up your damage on spells and eventually start blasting everything, like Veigar but different. You will receive a lot of damage because you can't spam spells early on. but you can heal it later with the sucking spells SI loves to have. The gameplan kinda works without Senna if you don't draw her. But with her on board, you can generate an extra empowered darkness on every attack, you have the slow-to-fast thing that will give you the upper hand in tricky situations, and when she levels up you have the discount to spam spells better. Her build at endgame could be: Disciple of shadows: to play her way earlier. Also boosting your spell damage for every ally you have slayed with the relic effect.(Very op if you ask me) Quemtech duplicator: pretty self explanatory. The overwhelm on your spells will damage the nexus even if the enemy unit dies in the process (it would feel pretty similar as when you hit double darkness to nexus with veigar) Archangel staff: you'll definitely crave for the extra mana every turn on the hardest stages, so you don't get rolled over by AI. Specially good when you play her early thanks to DoS. Her base deck of course has to be shit, some early blockers, 1 darkness unit, some low speed control and random cards like always. MAYBE go hard (a huge finisher if damage is stacked up).

Got kinda inspired by the "create a bot" talk and that's what I came up with: Heimerdinger 1* power: the first time each round you play a non-turret unit, add all its items to tech of equal cost for this game. 2* power: +1 mana, the first time you play a card each round, create a 0 cost fleeting turret of equal cost. 3* power: each time you play a non-turret unit, add all its items to tech of equal cost for this game.

I do hope we get more stars or uphtades that are mini quests like Nasus 3 star does. You can make yhe rewards be broken because it requires to play a certain way to get the reward. Eve kinda does that by getting bonus stats for leveling up champs but since she can level up multiple times, it is more important to draw and play asap

This is a good tier list concept!

On Braum: he makes a lot of sense as a new "easy" defensive option. There are also a lot of potentially fun ways to play Braum that aren't about his traditional archetypes or packages. I get why as a Chad streamer PoC pro that wouldn't matter to you, but Braum has a ton of fan appeal and a lot of the "easy" decks are aggressive or combo oriented which isn't all that appealing for some.

For example. If Braum 1* is "Once allies have survived 50+ damage, win the game." Then you're actually playing a wide deck that cares less about smashing face and way more about growing stats big enough to survive whatever is coming at you. Just saying. Star Powers could have alternate win conditions.

I just started watching the tierlist and I agree with your reasoning for Braun/Kalista vs Vladimir. I think Braum and Kalista (alongside other champions like Shen for example -idk your rating on that one yet but feels comparable to these two-) would be INCREDIBLY interesting if we could get something like the first iteration of POC, when all the Arcane champs were introduced and we got their stories as adventures. Story arcs for Braum and Kalista that follow the Ruined King/Ruination storylines, or an adventure for Shen were instead of picking a support champion at random we get to pick a kinkou path or a "working with Zed" path, or a solo path against Jhin, stuff like that. Of course, replayability is more of an issue on those instances, but given how many champions there are available in the game, it would be interesting to see that.

Rumble idea: 1* your units have "play: discard 1 to give me +2|+0 and Impact" (can be skipped) 2* +1 mana gem. when you discard a card, manifest a mecha-yordle. 3* your units have "play: discard 1 to give me +2|+0, Impact and Quick attack" (can be skipped)

Theres 2 ways you can go with Azir in PoC Either Go all out with sand soldiers Or Go all out with Sundisc Heres my suggestion for powers, also 4 stars cause yes Shurima Reborn Round Start, Summon a Sun Disc or if you have one on the board, advance it 1 (2 on level 3) The Sun Discs Glory 1+ Starting Mana, Round Start, If Sun Disc has completed this game, grant allies everywhere +2/+2 Wrath of the Ascended Round Start, The first time Sun Disc has completed this game, summon Azir, Renekton, Nasus, Xerath and immediately level them up to level 3

Trynd: first time a unit dies each turn, revive it with +2/2 and a random keyword. That would be great. Taking reckless attacks and bad trades to become progressively more powerful. You can't tell me that's bad. Senna: accelerate all slow to fast. When she levels, accelerate fast to burst. Don't have to worry about Stat changes on the stack being confusing for the computer. Braum: round start create his champ spell at reduced cost (free for 3 star). First time each round a unit survived damage make a poro with cost equal to the damage Reksai: round start create fleeting reksai in hand.

the main issue with trynd is balance, the revive power sounds good in theory but in practice you are literally giving a deck a free legendary power just for existing

Tryndamere 3 star power could be "Your units can only receive damage out of combat"

tbf, tristana could be added with a power that says "round start: give all allies spirit equal to the number of regions on the board" or maybe it only gives it to champions or something, and i think that'd be more interesting way to encourage playing as many different regions as possible than bandle tree. also, i like the idea of akshan having powers that add champions to your deck, i'm thinking 1 star: start the game with a warlords palace on the board 2 star: whenever a landmark is destroyed, shuffle a new champion in your deck 3 star: 1 star, but now if a warlords palace/warlords hoard is destroyed summon a new one also also, maybe i'm just a riven simp, but i'd love for her to be in path of champions, i just love riven decks too much

my probably not very good zilean idea: 1: Applied Chronomancy - When you play a champion or Time Bomb, summon a Time Bomb. 2: Infinite Possibilities - +1 starting mana. Your created cards cost 1 less for each copy of them you have summoned this game. 3: Applied Chronomancy II - When you play a champion or Time Bomb, summon a Time Bomb and deal 2 to enemies and the enemy Nexus. and put secret keeper in the starting deck :)

Heimer could actually have an exodia when getting every bot once cause thats like 60 mana and 11 different cards (not considering other ways to generate them)

I mean for Senna what if we focused more on the freljord kill spell interactions rather than simply darkness. I'm not great at designing but I feel like Senna could bring in a weird archetype for accelerating cards to fast that is too bad to explore in PvP, but maybe we could break it for PvE

The problem with Katarina is that you only need the 2 relics with "Plunder : I cost 2 less", and GG, you have infinite rally. I really don't know how they can not make Katarina insta win in PoC

Such a shame about Kat. But I do agree with the whole "trivialize the content" part. You just put Packed Power, Scourge's Stash and Curator's Gatebreaker on her and win as soon as you hit 3 mana. Still want her though. Even without any powers.

Honestly, I'm conflicted on where Jayce belongs, because the nonsense with him + Chemtech Duplicator could be fun, but it would be difficult to differentiate him from Lux. Also, I would love Taric with a power that creates free gems every turn and/or makes your gems give extra stats/random keywords.

Im gonna be honest. irelia sounds like a lot of fun. I really enjoy her play style but don’t want my opponent to suffer too much.

issue with zoe is that pretty much no matter what you do, she will just be worse teemo where you rely on her being a cheap elusive to stomp anything.

I hope they give the boring champions a new identity rather then, I give more stats or if they do make it interesting. Say trynd when his nexus is below a threshold he gets some kind of buff. So when you as the player are low hp you are stronger overall. So you have to dance at the threshold of losing all the time. Might be bad but it makes trynd more interesting then "I can't die"

i think irelia and lucian should be higher, i don't think there is something simillar to blades atm in path, and lucian could be fun with some power giving him something each time you rally, and soraka, she could be fun if they don't give her that stupid tree or whatever that wincon is

2:44 that type of power is actually bad or probably even garbage , best it could ever be is mid. Just look at all the champions that have damaging enemies units as power like jinx or jack currently in PoC those powers are just mid when doing 3 stars challenge and straight up garbage when doing 4 stars like Lissandra. I think Vlad could be : 1 star : grant your units +0|1 whenever they take dmg/ 2 star : drain enemy nexus half the dmg your units take/ 3 star : +0|2 or +0|1 and tough and when they already tough +1|1 instead.

I'mma stop ya right there. Swap Zoe and Jayce. Zoe is just sad Aurelion Sol. Jayce would be awesome to get his dream more attainable, where one of his abilities is "Game Start:Create Hextech Anomoly in hand and set its cost to 6" and maybe also have "gain +3 mana crystals but units cost 3 more, up to 9 mana"... idk, it'd make him more fun and accessible. Feel like he would be a better pick over heimer to represent "big spell piltover"

While I also don't want to see a Runeterran Support champ, I disagree with Snnuy's reasons. Most Support cards are not stronger in combat to begin with. Some will reach average power after one attack provided they have an ally to attack with, but needing to attack means they are even more vulnerable to interaction and you can't possibly have enough resources to protect them all. The way you win in, say, a Taric/Soraka deck (without Star Spring) is by making a series of decisions on which pieces to protect and which pieces to let go. You don't get to scale to the moon unless your opponent is playing a super-greedy non-interactive deck and lacks the blessing of RNGesus. A Runeterran Support champ would let you have greater unit variety but the key to the deck is in the spells you use to protect those units. Losing a region for spells means the deck doesn't work--you can't just spam Support units and win. I've tried. There's also the issue of being bad at blocking but needing to block to prolong the game. Soraka lets you do that at the cost of not killing anything that she blocks, but she's rotated. I think additional cards like her that have relatively defense oriented stats would be ideal as long as Star Spring stays dead. It won't lock the board since they will have to constantly be in combat to have any chance of doing anything--your opponent just has to pressure the right pieces.

Renekton, Viego, Zed, Shyvan and Pantheon are my personal top 5. (imo pantheon would have been better and more fun than yuumi as the targon-fated champ)

Just add all champions into PoC already ffs. ALSO WHEN WILL RIOT ADD RIFT HERALD AND BARON NASHOR as a champion or a card

Anything short of why isn't everyone available in poc is unacceptable. Why should certain champs have one while the rest don't. Hopefully, once they do their entire poc updates, we'll have everyone in there.
