Sneezing a lot in the morning hours once you wake up is most likely due to allergies it can be seasonal or it can be throughout the year . It can be because of dust, dander or because of pollen sin the air, it can be environmental. There are certain other conditions that can cause it. Something like the deviated nasal septum, which most of us have and when you have an increased sensitivity to cold, because when the temperature dips in the early morning hours , it can give rise to allergic complainants. Home remedies you can do is to stay warm. Drinking warm water with ginger also helps, vitamin C rich foods give a great way in fighting allergies. However these are short term measures some people who stay in Bangalore, we have Bangalore allergy because Bangalore has a high concentration of pollen in the air. It is not uncommon that doctors advise to a different city or a different home to prevent allergies. The approach to treat is to take antihistamines that work in the short term. But when the allergy comes throughout the year it is not a good idea to pop the pill every time the allergy comes in. Homeopathic management would be to boost the immunity so that when you are off the medicines also your immunity is better. Homeopathy in allergies can help you avoid taking medications in the long term but instead give you health for the long term.

hello, instead of using a handkerchief for your cold, use tissue so that after you use it, you can throw it away and the bacteria will not spread.

@@026fouziabegum9 about 99% of patient suffers from allergies or any autoimmune diseases which are born via c section coz the baby is not exposed to his friendly bacteria which babies gets from her mother's vagina where as it gets exposed to other environmental bacteria..Hence for long term their present a persistent low immunity without resistance from certain allergens

Soak a teaspoon of ajwain in water before going to bed and have it (water n ajwain both) every morning (you can add hot water while eating). It has helped me a lot.

Dear Dr. Karagada Sandeep, Namaste 🙏🏾 I badly need your help Sir 😢 I have a son 3 and half years old and he sneeze every morning as soon as he wake up. (Sometime he sneeze evening time too) Is been few years already. I’m so tired with this. Also he sneeze even after hot shower, he sneeze if he eat/drink cold things like icecream, cold drinks, etc....but we never let him eat cold things. Sometime he sneeze 1 hours and stop sneezing. Yes, Allium cepa works for allergies but the results are not very consistent. One time it may work amazing and other time totally fail. Based on my personal experience. Wishing you good health.

When I go to my village in Chhattisgarh the sneezing problem automatically goes away but when I come back to Bengaluru again I face the sneezing problem 😔

I sneez every day i use daily 2 handkerchief i sneez 12-13 in one time
I get sneeze continuously when I woke up in early morning. Also in nights. I go and take bath / wash my face in cold water only. The sneeze stops. Slight running nose will be there and that also gone in day time.

Temp fix - Go for run as soon as you wake up. Permanent solution- If you have this issue then you are meant to be in a Coastal town. You shoud move in to a town that has humid climate. Above suggestion is based on personal experience.

Before i was living in Mumbai Ghatkopar, allergy is there, shifted to Mumbra Thane allergy is there, but now im in dubai allergy is there but 50 percent less.. Because of dust and less tree's i think... Morning sneeze 1 or 2 days in a week. Before in India every day & continue whole day

My nose is blocked in morning
Oohhhh....God really it happening to me I have never get sick like this be4 but when I shifted in Bangalore I dnt know what is happening so many sickness in my body I was also thinking Bangalore climate is not matching to me.....😭

Bangalore have highest concentration of pollen.it may be due to pollen allergy.Infact it's called Bangalore allergy.shift to some other good state.
