Worked there for about 28 years. It’s an amazing place. When it was running it felt like it was alive. The people there were just so great.

Such a shame they are being erased from the skyline

I have been here so many times and thrashed it. The security really don’t care anymore and by the way the path you were on before you crossed to the building has a new infered camera so next time cut through the cooling towers and walk along road and then walk alongside of the building to the entrance because it can’t see you from there

Maybe an automatic siren test they had, but they forgot to turn it off when it went abandoned

And by the way you can get inside both the chimeny and the building

I fancy trying my luck and having a look around one summer’s evening before it’s too late

Google it it’s called fiddlers ferry. I don’t mind giving it’s location because everyone knows about it so it’s no secret I have been loads since it’s been closed down
