Mate thanks for the review, I have the next Gen 10 MK2 which is an awesome unit even for a tubby 100kg potential model like me. On a serious note though considering the upgrade to the pedal version we are departing in April on an indefinite round Oz trip starting in Tassie with our caravan and taking the kayak along.

i am impressed as a avid Pa owner this kayak looks the goods i did a review on the 11 on my youtube page too my only question is easy accessable rod storage options for this

The NextGen 11.5 kayaks does come with 2 in built rod holders behind the seat. You can also purchase additional rod holders and fix on the side tracks.

That kayak but without the peddle hole so it’s basically a paddle kayak would be a tops idea

We are working on a design for a storage box that could be used instead of the pedals.

I’m going to pick up a next gen 9 from you guys but I wanted to know if there’s any laws on tying them to the roof of your car

Sorry for the delay in getting back. Hope you had got in touch with the warehouse and transported the kayak safely. It is always recommended to have some proper padding between the kayak and the roof rack while transporting.

When might the 11.5 pedal assist kayak be available. I see this was initially previewed in you tube as a pre production months ago. Any updates..

Can you get the upgraded maxdrive lock or the ng11?

They are picked up at warehouses wrapped in plastic. I bought 1 and never had any problems, but mates of mines claim they had problems!

Well lam considering buying a kayak the problem l am facing is lam 193cm and weigh a proximate 115 kg will l have the leg room.

Looks good, I bought the next gen 11 last September and its pretty good, but i might upgrade to the 11.5, I like the fact that the steering control is on the left hand side( im cacky handed lol)
