The wise leader learning about a person during their failures is a very impactful concept! I see several people in my life who are not handling failure well. It definitely is a reflection of their character. They do not seem to be rising to the occasion. Now I also have seen those who have soared in their failures to become great leaders in our community! I wont buy this book, I have my Bible. I can search the scripture. This man has no fear of God, he twist scriptures and has bad teaching. I wonder where his fear of the Lord is? The fear of the Lord helps us to see our sinful condition and our need for a Savior!

Hi Christopher. You have made A Wise Choice (To NOT Buy) That Book. JESUS SAYS: FREELY you have received: (FREELY GIVE). WOE UNTO The scribes & Pharisees Who Seek To Profit From What GOD HAS GIVEN To THEM FREELY. They Write Many Books About (GOD'S) WORD. And more often than not: They Change The Truth OF GOD Into A Lie. And Then They Put (Their Own Name) On The Books. (GLORIFYING) Themselves. THEY (STEAL) GLORY That Belongs (TO GOD ALONE). And THEY (STEAL) Money From Their Brethren In The Lord. Making Them Pay For Something That GOD (GAVE) To Them FREELY. THEY NEED TO REPENT. 1 Cor.6:10. (NO) Thieves Shall Inherit THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
