When he leaves for a run, his earbuds go to ambient aware mode, a semi-transparent audio setting that allows in ambient noises like birds chirping as he jogs along the path. When he reaches an intersection, the earbuds shift to alert passthrough mode to keep him safe as he navigates the intersection. When he returns home, his earbuds intelligently switch from the fitness playlist to the cooldown playlist, turning off fitness mode, and transitioning from ambient aware to immersive music mode when safely inside.
AI-enhanced sound modes allow him to move seamlessly throughout his day, without having to adjust his music or remove his earbuds. When he enters a cafe, the earbuds transition from immersive music to conversation mode, dimming the music and allowing him to chat with the barista and place his order. When he sits down to work, atmospheric mode dims the crowd noise from the cafe.
When he gets a call, the AI-enhanced sound technology in his earbuds uses noise cancellation to improve the sound quality, while simultaneously enhancing his own voice for the person on the other end of the conversation. This AI voice enhancer means that calls sound crystal clear to both parties, even in a noisy environment.
