Normally, with most food motivated snakes, that isn't an issue. They might strike at or try to eat stuff that isn't supposed to be food (like their owner's hand, for instance), but Kingsnakes are where this becomes an issue... @G3000 it’s not uncommon for snakes to try to eat themselves when they’re stressed. I’m not entirely sure why that’s their first instinct but I saw something about it kick-starting their metabolism and causing them to feel hungry and try to eat the first thing they see, which is themselves. Not sure about that though.

Snake owner here. Snakes only do this if they are very sick or very stressed. The first instinct of any animal is self preservation, so if the poor snake is stressed to the point that it's literally lost it's mind and is mistaking it's own body for a food item, something is VERY wrong. This isn't a funny video, it's actually awful to see.

😂😂 Man if u actually believe that hand sanitizer kills 99.9% of all germs I’ve got a bridge I can sell u.. they list the germs on the back of the bottle, those are the ones it kills 99.9% of, so that’s more like 60% , keep using it, but that’s just a marketing thing..
