I found this recipe a year ago and it is still one of my go-to weeknight dinners cuz my partner and I love it

Gonna try this. I'm having a lot of problems with chicken quality. Sometimes it's really fibrous and can't be salvaged. So I gave up on chicken breast. You're inspiring me to take a chance. Thanks. And your production quality is really enjoyable.
