Hey, this tutorial is really great, it might not be "cool", but it is extremely versatile and basic, which some might see as a drawback, but really it means you can do it in *so* many ways and it would still look good, which is what most people forget. You could just do what he did in the video, which is indeed "plain" and "unoriginal", but also in the video you learned how to use the ruler, how masks work, how to pre-compose it all. For example, you could precompose the last one so you just have one track of the video switching here and there, and then either add a "zoom" effect between them or make it so some of the 4 pieces come from the left while others from the right, add a rotation between them. You just need to get more creative. So stop complaining people, don't think of these as exactly "step after step" tutorials with no flexibility, but how to use each of the tools, how they work together and from there experiment, and again, Avnish Parker, this video is great and taught me a few new tools about After Effects, Great tutorial as always!
