Same!!
I have always loved Smoosh. I hope they continue to make music forever (now as Chaos Chaos, of course).
Very cool! I remember when they were like pre-teens and killin' it! "Smoosh" is what happens when you sit on your PB&J!
WOW .. cool band . loving that drummer
What I like her voice !! So sweet and smooth.
I used to only listen to their album called she like electric and i never got around to listening to any of their new stuff until one of my friends showed me this. They've gotten better and I still love all of their music

This may have been 8 years ago but anyone who has heard of Smoosh (or now Chaos Chaos) already knows the members, their instruments and ages.

I wonder if maya can still play bass
i actually like their songs! its pretty vibey
Chloe is so incredibld. She plays such intricate and busy beats. I love it.
Love Smoosh. Their arrangements are soo cool and really advanced for their age. The violin and double bass adds a cool layer :)
Smoosh's instrumentation and composition has taken a quantum leap from their last album (as to be expected). Extremely interesting stuff they've produced.
Waw! This song is better in live version. The drums sound much better! Pretty good!
This is an amazing composition. So much natural talent!
I've followed this bands progress over the last 5 years or so. They just keep getting better and better. I've played in various bands for more than 25 years, and I would trade any drummer I've ever played with for theirs. lol
I hope this video is 18 cause I am tapping that play button all night long.
I love the energy that they have. It's not too crazy, it's chilled :)
Incredible

LOL, Asya is still using the same keyboard she was using when she was 12. I love it! It's always best to see them play live, enjoying themselves.

Wow....that is a nice reference, but without any scratch or electronics I'd say closer to Bell, Book, and Candle or somesuch....
I found this band bc it was on a KZread book and it was one of the most subscribed early KZread channels

My kid love "Pajama Party Time!"
That drummer turned from 'okay' to 'hot' the second the drums started.
Is it sad that i found this band by watching yo gabba gabba with my 4 year old nephew? PAJAMA PARTY TIME!!!!!!!!
2:48 is just the best moment ever!
Drums =
I heard about this group through my AP Psych textbook lmao. I guess it was a good idea to read it
i love 'em, same with Lemolo & Warpaint. But for Smoosh here, i gotta say my fav song of theirs is their old song "Free to stay".
Man, I could tell by their voices they were young..but damn. They're young. Hahaha...Ooooh I've got my eye on that Cellist!
Ni är förjävla bra.
The battery is great, pretty nice beat.

@Flatwounds91 aye that's still filthy where i come from and i come from the south. so damn dude.
I heard of them because they played on yo gabba gabba
Ever read the comment section of a Dallas Green video? Tons of man crushes going on over there.
@McCreachure DUDE all three (bassist, keyboardist, and drummer) are so cute!
@adjberg Whoa... I just found out they used to live like 5 minutes away from me :)
ME TOO
@davemum She was taught by Death Cab's drummer, so hell yeah.
who the hell is that drummers instructor Steve Gadd, good grief, she's kickin' ass! Don't get me wrong the whole group sounds great, I like it.
@killerseps i think it sounds great

How does someone publish a video recorded 10 days later than publishing date?
OHH SHIT! I JUST NOW realized I saw these girls play live at the House of Blues in San Diego, they played with the Dresden Dolls! WOW! I've got some pictures of them and everything! HAhahaha WEIRD!!!
+1 please!
yeah shit the drums are very nice!
Piano here is like Sims buy-mode theme =D
But of course this was filmed three years ago. They were about 18, 16, and 14 when this was made. The older two have been a band since they were about 10 or so. Have like four (?) albums already. Pretty frickin' cool.
Does anyone know if Maia Saavedra leave the band? Or was she ever in the band?
Does anyone know where I can find the lyrics to this song?
Who are the people playing violin and double bass
The much better Chaim
@starrynight3211 Whaaat? Which book?
Who is the adorable Bassist?
Yeah. Cutie on the drums is stealing the show, and my heart.
Who is on bass guitar? Do they have another sister?
@dumbmusorowan

yeah, that's their sister chloe i think
i... have the strange urge to do pushups while listening to this
Chloe!
Umm, hells yes.
How old r they?
Not really my cup o' tea, but i have to say, that drummer is amazing. =]
@MugoiKihaku why were they in your psych book?
Also weren't they still kids when this video was made?
@Jazzzzzou Can't agree more. I got their record and the mix just isn't the same. It needs more drums.
Maps and Atlases sticker! I don't think there is an influence at all but still that's cool.
Who's the base player?
how old are they
Asy looks like Emma Roberts :) Julia Robert's niece
@NolanMcMurry She's fourteen.
@McCreachure Haha. I'm pretty sure she is 15. Maybe even younger.
this cameraman is horrible, YEAH LETS WHIP PAN TO THAT LOWER-TORSO
